It is said, "Only with knowledge can you be helped," and that is one of our goals at chronic pain information.org. We want to make as much viable chronic pain information available to chronic pain sufferers as we can. You see, the quality of chronic pain information must be beneficial or it serves another purpose than that of help. Anybody can use an internet search engine and do a search of chronic pain related information. The result is a bunch of questionable chronic pain information. Most of that resulting information is supplied by chronic pain profiteers, those who make money from your suffering. They can be pharmeceudical companies, quick cure advertisements, medical practitioners, etc... The fact is that the majority of content floating around on the internet, and the entire media for that matter, is misleading. Some of it can even be damaging to chronic pain sufferers.
